A Hunger Games Comic?
Comic Con 2011 gets underway next month and this year’s event is expected to be a big one with four-day passes selling out in three hours. The big news coming out of Comic Con for Hunger Games fans though is that there are plans for a Hunger Games comic.
According to the HDRoom.com and UGO there will be news of a production with word that The Hunger Games looks set to become the next big cross-generation, cross-demographic hit.
According to UGO:
What to Expect at Comic-Con: Entertainment Weekly premiered the first photo of Lawrence as the lead character Katniss — and production on the movie hadn’t even begun. But cameras have started rolling , meaning Ross may have a little footage to show off to the rabid fanbase at this year’s SDCC. The question has always been about Lawrence pulling off a character near and dear to many fans hearts, so producers may aim to quell that fear at the convention. Besides, we’ll need something to combat the Twilight hoarde.
So what do you think? Would you buy The Hunger Games comic?

yay first comment and yeah I would totally buy it
Wow! thats one descriptive and specific comic and I like it. I wish it had her thoughts though not every single narration but explaining whats going on.
Hell yes!!
I would so buy that graphic novel/comic book. I would read it avidly. I was describing the Hunger Games arena one time to a friend during class and how my drawing of the arena was off, and the teacher looked at me and said “That is hard core.” I am hard core HG and I would SO read them. But I’m really not expecting the movie to amount to much, I hope it surprises me. Keep drawing, Faith Erin, you are amazing. With the comic I could feel the depth of the moment, feel the stillness of the morning and a sort of silent tension. It was amazing. AMAZING!
Yeah I would totally buy it!! It’s really good.
Totally would buy it but the books and I bet the movie will be better. But o ya
i love it and yep wish that some thoughts would be p ut in.
Oh, I would buy it. But I don’t know where I would get it, because I belive that the comic doesn’t come to Finland. Or it’s in english. But yes, i would still buy it.
I would definitely buy it cuz so far its really accurate. I also have some friends who prefer comics to actual reading so they can read this to still tell the story.
I think it’d be cool but it’s not known as a comic but a novel. You don’t see them making a book out of Spiderman or whatever excpect for the movie novels they write for little kids but that’s totally different
