A new Lionsgate website for The Hunger Games
The new Hunger Games promotional website about to be launched by Lionsgate is a bit of a mystery right now. If you head to thecapitol.pn all you’ll see is a pixelated background (of what might be the Capitol seal?) and a call to identify yourself on Twitter.
You can check out the #whatsmydistrict hashtag.
There’s not much to know beyond that. We have no clues as to what the site’s purpose is as yet, but no doubt we’ll find out as we get closer to the release date for The Hunger Games in March next year.

I think that they will have updates about the movie and Suzanne Collins. Also, I think that they will have like a log in system where everyone “becomes part of the capitol” or a “capitol person” or maybe they will even have you pick a district you’d like to live in., because of how they identify you as a “capitol citizen”. I think anything they do will be very neat based on what they have so far. I have high expectations for this website!
Omg!!! So excited!!!!! I cant wait till it clears up!!! I LOVE the Huger Games! And I’m so excited for the movie! I saw the teaser trailer just yesterday and it brightened up my week! I just just running around the house so excited!! Haha I’m sure a loser but I don’t care cause its the Huger Games!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh I LOVE PEETA TOO!!!! I don’t like Gale, hes never done anything for me, but Peeta… OMG I love him! I wish there was a Peeta in real life!! Haha

@love PEETA. I know what you mean!!!!!. I LOVE Peeta too! Gale was kind, but I love Peeta’s personality and how nice he is to Katniss and how protective he is! But, I have a feeling that everyone who only watches the movie will be on Gale’s side, because of Liam…. oh well.
I can’t wait especially if you get to choose a district. I signed up for PanemOctober and got in District 10. I’m 4 at heart but it could’ve been worse 10 is my third choice so I am quite happy with it. My choices in order are 4,3,10,11,1,2,5,7,6,9,12,8,13, and the capital.
Mainly just not 8, 13, or the Capital. I know 12 is awesome but I wouldn’t want to starve so 4 is a good bet.
