Catching Fire the Beach Filming

News may be a little quiet lately, but we have some insight into the upcoming Catching Fire filming schedule.

According to On Location Vacations, the cast and crew are in the process of finishing up the Cornucopia scenes at “The Beach” in Atlanta. The chariot scenes taking place at the Atlanta Motor Speedway are already wrapped for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, so what’s next on their plate?

The reliable Russ Bowen tweeted that the cast and crew are making their move to Hawaii, specifically Oahu, to film at the end of November. And apparently the crew is already out there setting up!

“Filming scheduled to wrap up in Atlanta November 20 #catchingfire”

“#catchingfire to film at following locations Waiehee & Heeia State Parks, Kawela Bay, Paradise Park”

“Travel to Oahu November 26 #catchingfire Oahu crew already there working”

I can’t wait to see what they have in store for Hawaii! What scenes do you think they’ll shoot in Oahu? Tell us in the comments below!

Well, if the Cornucopia is i Atlanta…Oahu filming–this is just my guess–would almost have to be the jungle scenes. The 75th HG would have to be there. Hmm…can’t wait!!
