Cheap-Neckties.com released their “Best Dressed Male” picks from The Hunger Games L.A. premiere. And the winners are:
Hemsworth is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood these days thanks to his ‘Hunger Games’ role, which means he had little choice but to look his absolute best at the premiere. To no one’s surprise, Liam Hemsworth pulled off his appearance with ease, making him one of the best-looking men at the premiere. In an all-black two-piece suit with skinny lapels complemented by a black skinny tie, crisp white dress shirt, and a white pocket square (folded with the so-called presidential fold) – a look that would leave even the modern era James Bond jealous.Hemsworth made everyone at the premiere remember just why he happens to be a rather big deal at the moment. As one might expect, Hemsworth got the majority of media attention at the premiere, and for good reason.
‘Hunger Games’ star Dayo Okeniyi’s appearance at the premiere can only be described as being elegant and sophisticated. With an attractive lapel-pin, metallic silver tie and midnight blue pinstripe vest worn under a classic midnight blue suit, Okeniyi looked fantastic in between the beautiful Leven Rambin and Jacqueline Emerson that flanked him on the red carpet. We especially compliment Okeniyi elegant “accessorisation” of brown square shaped wristwatch, matching brown skinny belt, and gray suede dress shoes. Well done Mr. Okeniyi!
Proving that elegance doesn’t have to be “stuffy,” Okeniyi chose to leave his suit unbuttoned in order to throw a casual twist on his ensemble. An up and coming name that will sure to be seen time and time again in films from here on out, Okeniyi is an exciting Hollywood prospect that knows how to dress the part and is poised to become one of Hollywood’s best-dressed men.
While not necessarily a household name in the states, Cody Simpson is an exceptionally well-known pop musician in Australia, and his appearance at ‘The Hunger Games’ premiere may be all that was necessary in order to boost his stateside attention. Simpson looked as sharp as possible in his grayish-teal slim fitted 2-piece suit, perfectly accented with an untucked white dress-shirt and shiny silver pocket square. Framed by all-white canvas shoes and his black, thick-rimmed glasses, it’s no secret that Cody Simpson knows what he’s doing when it comes to getting dressed for a premiere. Perhaps to show the world that Hollywood doesn’t have to be pretentious, Simpson chose to leave the top button on his dress shirt loose; something that is not often seen at premieres, although this may change now that he has set a veritable standard for how to dress when attending such an event.
