Katniss Everdeen

The Countdown to the release of The Hunger Games DVD continues with the latest mission in the weekly countdown competition being run by Lionsgate.

Fans are asked to create their own countdown images.  Last week they wanted you to use Katniss  Everdeen for inspiration.

We’re finally down to the last week.  This week’s mission is DVD BOX ART! What would you put on the cover of The Hunger Games DVD?

Each week one lucky fan could win the ultimate Hunger Games Prize Pack that includes The Hunger Games DVD, a Hunger Games T-shirt, Mockingjay Pin, Pin Set, a movie posteer and the Training Days Board Games.

The images must include the hashtag #HungerGamesDVD, as well as the text “1 Week and Counting” (and so on and so forth, as it continues).

To enter you need to email your artwork to HungerGamesDVDCountdown@gmail.com and they will feature one on the official page each week, as well as featuring their favoritie entries on an album on Facebook.

Check out some of last week’s entries!

    Nice Everyone

  2. KJ says:

Wow! The blood splatters on the excellent drawing of Katniss/Jennifer got my attention. And reminded me that she was forced to kill or be killed.

All are quite good. No drawing genes in my pool.

  3. Olivia says:

I made the one in the 2nd row on the far right. I made it out of clay which i then fired then painted. Some people though r leaving mean comments about it on facebook. The worst one so far was “wtf, that dis honors the hunger games” That comment really hurt. If you would like to see more of the comments click the link below.

sorry but it looks like a pig, good job though ;)

      • KJ says:

No. I think it just looks ‘crafty’ and everyone expects extremely polished and sophisticated these days.

Keep in mind that you didn’t walk well the first time you stood up. You would fall and get right back up again. Watch a baby learning to walk. They don’t stop trying until they figure it out.

        You can do the same.

  4. Abby Ollila says:

  5. Angelina says:
