Elizabeth Banks on the New Additions to The Hunger Games Cast

Elizabeth Banks took to her website to talk about the new additions to The Hunger Games: Catching Fire cast. Here’s what she had to say about Sam Claflin (Finnick Odair), Jena Malone (Johanna Mason), and  Jeffrey Wright (Beetee).

Sam Claflin gave me a tummy flutter in Snow White and The Huntsman so I couldn’t be happier that he’s taking on the role of Finnick Odair.

Jena Malone will play Katniss’s sarcastic frenemy Johanna Mason. She’s got grit and spunk in spades. Quote me on that.

The amazing Jeffrey Wright will play fan fave Beetee. We worked together on Oliver Stone’s W – he’s never less than perfection.

She also says she is super excited to transform into Effie again, and I must say SO ARE WE!!! I wonder what kind of costumes she will be in this time.
