Exclusive Cover Reveal: Jennifer Lawrence’s New Movie on Your Book Shelf
Thanks to Next Movie we were given a glance at “The House at the End of the Street: A Novel” featuring The Hunger Games actor Jennifer Lawrence on the cover. This is the exclusive cover for the movie tie-in book for the upcoming horror flick which will be released on September 21st, with the novel out on August 21st, a month before the film hits theaters.
Here’s what the film’s director Mark Tonderai think of the novel:
“I am excited to have a Little, Brown tie-in book being published to accompany the release of ‘House at the End of the Street’ in theaters. I think it is fantastic that audiences will be able to connect with the thrilling story before seeing the film, or reliving it after they watch the movie.”

To be totally honest, this movie worries me, it could be cheesy/bad – but if Chris H could do Cabin in the Woods, I guess there’s no harm in this – expands her genre anyway. not trying to be a Debbie Downer – I just look at all the great films she has (Serena, Silver Linings Playbook, etc). I don’t know when this was filmed (not produced), so we’ll see. I would like to read the book though.
I am a bookworm, anyway. This is already a “must-read” of mine!
I’m intrigued to check it out because of Jennifer, but I’m not much into the horror genre, so probably won’t.
