Cast for Catching Fire

With everone reprising their roles from the 1st Hunger Games movie here is what I came up with for all the former Victors Tributes for Catching Fire: Cashmere - Laura Vandervoort, Gloss - Jake Abel, Enobaria - Erica Durance, Brutus - Tyler Mane, Wiress - Amy Acker, Beetee - Michael Emerson, Mags - Betty White, Finnick Odair - Zac Efron, Female Morphling - Ksenia Solo, Male Morphling - Jean Reno, Johanna Mason - Danielle Panabaker, Blight - Kevin Durand, Cecelia - Danielle Fisshel, Woof - Bill Cosby, Seeder - Pam Grier, and Chaff - Michael Clark Duncan.
Other Tributes: 5 - Annie Parisse, 5 - Oleg Taktarov, 9 - Keshia Khight Pulliam, 9 - Louis Ozawa Changchein, 10 - Alice Braga, and 10 - Danny Trejo
Other roles: Plutarch Heavensbee - Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Annie Cresta - Alexa Vega, Young Haymitch - James Gaisford, and Maysilee Donner - Taylor Momsen
What do you think? Did I hit on some or did I miss completely.

I love most of you cast, but I couldn't picture Betty White in a serious role
