Man: There’s been a lot of talk recently about PDs, um Katniss, have you been using performance enhancing drugs?

Katniss: Absolutely not.

Man: Ok, follow up for Peeta; Have you been using performance reducing drugs?

Ideas: An abandoned aircraft carrier or oil platform

A swamp, where the tributes have to pursue each other on swamp boats for part of the games

Wide open prairie with nowhere to hide except tall grass or the odd abandoned farmhouse

abandoned mine shaft

got another one: the arena is extremly big and in a perfect circle the circle is divided up into 10 rings, the center one holding the horn of plenty, i picture the environment to be forestty but havnt thought about it that much. at what appears to be random the rings will begin to spin not always in the same direction. figure out and memorize the patterns and use them to your advantage and a possibilty to win the games, dont, and they may be the death of you.

I've got another idea for an arena

Basically its a beautiful forest full of leafy trees and lush vegetation with many small streams running through it. Herds of wild deer graze on the lush vegetation and wolfs prey on the deer. The wolves will also prey on the tributes if there are no more deer, which the deer population will slowly begin to shrink. Other animals that live in the forests include brightly coloured birds with razor sharp beaks, mockingjays, jabberjays who have been taught to sound exactly like the tributes' loved ones, killer squirrels, and hundreds of different other animals. Beware, only those who know how to hunt, track, and stay alive can survive in this arena. Another note, the wolves will take out the larger tributes first then they'll start to take out the smaller ones. They can also jump really high so you won't be safe in most trees. Only a few of the trees are really tall. Some good skills to pick up in training are; tracking, edible plants, snare making, and skinning animals. These skills will come in very handy in this arena.
