'I think I'm sitting on them," she laughed weakly. Lorne took her good arm and removed a roll o thick bandages from under her.

Mark crouched down in front of Lorne and tried to look her over. "What's wrong with you?"

Lorne glared at Mark and moaned. "Everything!" she answered.

"Don't say that," said Mark. "I'm tempted enough to take you out of your misery as it is. Be more specific."

"No, but if it helps there is an old phone near the windows. Call them and leave before they arrive, it's both of our best shots. There is no bloody way I'm dieing in this barn." she demanded weakly.
