. So I thought I'd make my own, I'm doing a SYOT of this in a couple of months so this will be good practice. I know the QQ twist isn't very original but it could be fun. So here goes.The cheers vibrate across the Capital as Caesar Flickerman Jr bounces on to the stage with the same charisma and as his late father.
"Good evening Panem and a good evening to our shining Capital" There's more cheering as the cameras sweep around the colourful, excited audience. "Well as you all know this is it! The 4th Quater Quell, the 100th Hunger Games, the event an entire century in the making! Today we move one step closer to the most anticipated Games in history! Weeks speculation have led up to this moment, the moment when the question on everyone's lips will be answered: what will be the Quarter Quell Twist?
Wonder no more because here to put us out of our misery is our great President Reginald Snow!" With that Caesar Jr took his bow and left the stage to the president. He too had inherited more than his job from his father. Looking at him was like looking into a mirror of the past, as he silently stepped into view everyone could feel the icy touch of his authority just as they had with Cornelius Snow. He smiles a thin smile at the camera which made all the Districts quiver with fear.
"Hello, my dear citizens. Today you will all witness history..." his voice hisses like a snake as he slivers his way through a speech about the Dark Days, Hunger Games and Quarter Quells.
"And so today will shall find out the twist of the 4th Quarter Quell." He snaps his fingers, the sound as loud as a gun shot in the silent square. A small boy skerries up with a little wooden. Tiberius takes it from him, opens and pulls out a piece of paper. The crowd drawn in a collective breath of great anticipation as he unfolds it .
"To remind the Districts that they all fought together and are responsible for each other's suffering, on the 4th Quarter Quell , at the end of the first day of training the female tribute of each district will be paired at random with a male tribute from another district. These pairs will be fitted with a chip that makes them suffer while the other is hurt. The death of a tribute will result in great agony for their partner but not death. Well won't that be interesting..."
