Personally, I never thought Snow was "Evil" whoever started the hunger games was. Snow just followed what he learned as a kid, do everything you can to get to the top

Man: There’s been a lot of talk recently about PDs, um Katniss, have you been using performance enhancing drugs?

Katniss: Absolutely not.

Man: Ok, follow up for Peeta; Have you been using performance reducing drugs?

He told Katniss Coin made the bombs. Which made her think that Gale made them.

first, the capitol don't find anything wrong with it , tis just an annual thing that dosn't effect them. yeah thats just a party thing, the romans did it too. don't know bout age thing

No it didn't, but judging by Johanna saying yes to a Capital Games on the basis that he had a granddaughter she was most likely of reaping age.
