Haymitch is 40-41 at the time of the 2nd quarter quell (depending on when his b-day falls in relation to it), but yes the age difference by today's standard is too great. Take it back 100-150 years and not so much, it'd actually be commonplace. Sorry if someone already commented on this but I didn't read the entire thread lol.
