One thing you would change...

SO, I had a list of gripes with Mockingjay, and it seems like I'm not the only one. I understand what Collins was going for, but the end of the series left me somewhat...unsatisfied (to say the least).
I want to know what you think
If you could change one thing about the book, what would it be?

Oh my god I agree, I completely checked out after that happened for at least the next 5 chapters. I mean if I had to pick one thing, I would have probably saved Finnick, but I really think the book would have been more interesting for me if Peeta hadn't been highjacked. The trio's dynamic and the war experience would have been more interesting had he been himself. As it is it's like Suzanne didn't even know what to do with him and so everything just becomes really awkward and frustrating. I think she could have translated the way war changes everything and devastates everyone without that aspect...
