I'd maybe be from 2 or 3 as they seem to have a good life and are kind of allies with the capitol. Being in 12 is an obvious though so you can meet Katniss but it's a poor district.

We would all want to be in 1, 2, or 4. They;re the richest districts, and even if you do get repead for the games, the careers volunteer for you
