The Tributes in the 250th Hunger Games have... SUPER POWERS

Hi :3 I thought it would be fun to do a roleplay, so here it goes. The rebellion failed, but President Snow died a few years later. His son then took over and the Hunger Games has kept alive. Althought the son of President Snow made something terrible happening, and blamed it all on district 13. He wanted to build a bomb and the expirements were located in district 13. But it all went wrong and the powerfull bomb exploded. After 30 years Panem was rebuilt, but it was slight diffirent. Because 40% of those who didn't get killed by the bomb lives on as 'mutants.' Causing them to have powers or some freaky look. Could be half man half snake, you decide. This year is the 250th annual Hunger Games, which means: Quarter Quell time! And this year, only kids with mutations can take a part of it.
And by the way, Panem is now ruled by Coriolanus Snow's grand gran grand son; Aspides Snow.

I'll figure out an Arena soon, pherhaps if someone even join this we could figure it out together.

Mutation/Power: Able to be completely invisible, silent, and weightless. Weightlessness lets him float, but not freely fly- more like swimming in the air.

*Other: physically weak

(lol void and hayley sound like a challenge for eavh other.. he cant drain her powers if shes messing with his mind.. but she cant mess with his mind if he has a commanding power..)

@Neuron6: Do you mind delete Stealing others powers and the life force, I see them way too powerful. Invisibility is ok though.

And yeah I will do the modell/bio (like I said I'm not english speking) as soon as i've figured out a power/mutation for my character. And also, I forgot this, but it would be nice if you guys could write what district you are from. ^^'

Name: Adelaide Adora Montgomery ( Addie )
Age: 14
Sex: Female
Appearance: Adelaide has extremely curly, strawberry blond hair cut just below her ears, her eyes are hazel and she has freckles scattered across her nose and cheeks. She has a petite frame and an identical twin brother named Charles or "Chuck" for short.

Personality: Addie is a very outspoken and energetic optimist who never gives up. She is very close to her brother,Chuck, and would do anything for him. Even die for him. Although it may seem that she holds nothing back she is very sneaky and cunning. She also shares with her brother, along with many other things, a passion for adventure and discovery.

Mutation/Power: Addie has the ability to speak telepathically back and forth with her twin brother no matter how far apart they are, this comes in handy a lot due to the fact that Chuck is very shy and mischievous (the opposite of Addie).

Background story: Addie and her brother were raised since the age of 2 by their Aunt and Uncle in a small cottage on the outskirts of District 11 since there parents were executed for their involvement in the failed rebellion.

Other: Because of her small size her age is often mistaken and because of this she is sometimes underestimated and offered protection. She always uses this to her advantage (-Chuck's advice) but avoids physical fighting whenever possible, she would much rather depend on her trickery and survival skills to outlast the other tributes.
