So basically in this rp! We need someone to be caeser to ask the quistions! And we need everyone to team up to be "couples" (eg. Cato and clove peeta nd katnis) so everyone can join you can create couples too (eg. Effie and haymitch or madge and gale) im gonna be clove! Anyone wanna be my cato?
