I thinkn Robert Pattinson has the characteristics of Finnick in the sense of the way he manipulates his facial expressions (he has that tiny smirk and glimmer in his eyes similar to Finnick) and I think he understands his body and would be able to move like Finnick would. I think Robert Pattinson is a very genuine person and could pull off Finnick's personality and movement as he is a good actor who becomes his part. The worry I would have with him playing Finnick is his body type and I think he would have to buff up a bit and smooth out his features to achieve the look with the help of the makeup artists and wardrobe plus the lighting and directing.
