I have some questions i have thought about. you can ask more I will too definitely ask more when I remember all the things i've wondered about Capitol
most of all do you think the Capitol people are evil and how they can live with themselves when all the bad things happen in districts ?
then i'd thought other things too like .. it is said in Catching fire that they vomit on purpose. Are Capitol people really bulimic or is it just a casual "party thing" ? And for their looks.. is there some age limit ,say for example 18, so you can take tattoos,piercings etc.

Well I don't actually think the Capitol are evil. They've just been raised in this really image concious and self absorbed society, which has made them obsessed about looks and desperate to fit in. They enjoy the Hunger Games because that's all they know, they've been desensitised to the suffering and are so detached from the districts they don't really see them as real people, just like how we would happily say horrible things about celebrities that we wouldn't dare say if they were ordinary people in the neighbourhood (well most of us anyway).

So they're not evil, just incredibly naive and bored.

Thanks for replying! I think too that they're not evil (expect maybe Snow a little) and watching Hunger Games and other things are just a part of their culture. Of course there is people who are mean and selfish but not really more than example in our societies
I should have maybe told this earlier but I'm making a fanfiction about that Hunger Games with Capitol children that is why i'm asking these besides being interested anyone might know if someone has already done that ? because then i probably shouldn't post it.. hmm i looked the fan fiction section and at least the titles didn't point at there would be one already.
(and btw english is not my first language so i apologize for possible grammatical errors )

There are loads of "Capitol Games" on Fan Fiction. net, but that shouldn't stop you! The tons of Clove fans fics didn't stop me making a one-shot from her point of view.

yep I knew that site has but I meant like are there in here I just thought if there would be in here i should be maybe polite and ask him/her if it is okay but looks like i'll be the first one in here You are both writing fan fics if I remember correctly hmm so would like to ask you: is it the best thing to wait until i've done multiple chapters ready so there won't be a big gap between postings ? i have only prologue now and first chapter would be ready in the end of the week but i'm very slow writer one chapter takes about two or three weeks to complete

Well it depends on how motivated you are. I know that if I didn't post chapter by chapter I'd have given up a long time ago, the feed back reminds me that people care and that my work is liked (I'm my harshest critic and never really love anything I write).

haha I don't like anything I write either. but i think about the characters maybe even too much sometimes i think you are really amazing writer i love your style in Watching
