Lornes eyes fluttered quaintly, but she did not stir from her deep slumber to greet the intruder. She was fully covered in blankets and emptied crates, their insides were splayed across the barn floor in neat piles.

*dophie sees two people, though she doesn't recognize them. She picks up a light wooden crate and runs at Lorne, letting her imagination run wild and let er believe Lorne is really a monster in the dark. She brings the crate down on the sleeping Lorne*

Lorne awakes suddenly, wailing at the wooden splinters left by the crate that landed on her forearms. Her eyes were only partially open, and she could not see her attacker. "Mark!" she yelped.

*Sophie squeaks and falls backwards when tw crate breaks, she did not hear the voice*

Lorne whimpered and tried to roll onto her side, which was in more pain than her old wounded leg. She tried to shout out to Mark again, but her frail voice failed her. Who is this stranger, she wondered.
