oh but the mentor doesn't have to be the most recent victor. it never said that.

no i think the mentors can be whoever victor...because mags won a longgg time ago. i'm sure there would have been a victor from district 4 between the time sh won and the time Finnick did.

Well, the mentors are the last victors in each district (I think that was said, not sure though, if not, forget my last two posy) since mags is there mentor and she was finnicks who was after them (if the people who said that are right) they would need to lose, or get killed in the district (sucide) because then they would be finnicks mentor, not mags. Get it? So my theory is based on a couple of things.

this is an interesting point though

if either Caleb or Marina had survived their Hunger Games they would have most likely been the one to mentor Finnick, or volunteer to take Mags place in the Quarter Quell, right?

I'm not trying to mess up your story though PEETA*POWER lol, it's great the way it is

yea, you're right, I guess I meant either Caleb or Marina would have volunteered so Mags wouldn't have been able to do it, with her cane and all lol

lol, but I think the celeb was the one mags voluteered to go to the arena for. Because rember katniss said mags tried to protact the other girl, not win the game

so you're saying Marina is that girl?

but since District 4 has several living victors, I assumed the girl Mags volunteered for would be some random victor we don't know, and Marina would have volunteered for her if she was still alive, but she didn't and Mags did, so I assumed Marina died

ok haha let me clear some of this up...

Annie is in the hunger games after Marina and Caleb, but she goes crazy. that is why Mags volunteers for her in the Quarter Quell. i'm not going to give anything from my story away, but all i am saying is nothing will happen in my story to change that.

Also, Mags is Finnick's mentor out of choice. Because there obviously would be other victors between the 65th hunger games and whenever Mags won. it was her choice to mentor him, not because she was the most current victor.
