Hunger Games Movie – Abigail Breslin
It seems to be the favorite game in Hollywood at the moment – who should be cast in the Hunger Games movie?
The crew from MTV’s Hollwyood Crush thought they’d ask Abigail Breslin, the star of Little Miss Sunshine, what she thought about taking part in the movie, and specifically the role of Prim. Abigail said she’s reading the Hunger Games right now and is a big fan of the novel. Personally, I think she’s too old to play Prim. She’s already 14 and woudn’t be able to grow with the movies if they adapt all three books for the big screen.

I wouldn’t want her to play Prim, unless she changed her hair colour. Because, doesn’t Prim have blonde hair ? ^__^
And supposed to look sweet and young and innocent. I don’t know, I just don’t see her playing the part >.> Though, I do see Elle Fanning doing it :3.
Oh, & yeah, she is too old :/. Like, she’d be at least 17 by the last book, if not older. So… Yeah

Heck,whoever plays Katnip will probably have to be fourteen right now if they do all three films.The same with the male leads.
They should use all unknowns, except for maybe the adults. Let’s get some new faces and talent on the screen!
Hearing about all these celebs talking about the series has got me very excited, I admit. But ya, I adore Abigail Breslin but she’s looks too old for the part of Prim.
She may be good for the Avox girl from the Capitol with that hair color. She at least has another part in Katnip’s memory that she could be inclided in. I don’t see her as anything else, ‘cept maybe an unknown tribute.
No way should she play Prim, she sucks, is too old and looks nothing like her!

I think Prim should be played by Chloe Moretz, she’s much closer in age and already has the blond hair.
Yes I agree with all of you, Abigail may be right for the Avox girl, but deffinatly not Prim, I feel like their changing the book already and the movie hasn’t even started filiming yet

and no i dont think she should be the avox girl just cuz she has red hair. the avox girl is supposed to be older and actully look like she was born with red hair.

I love the idea of Abigail Breslin as Prim. She’s matched for a really long time. Elle Fanning too, so either one could be Prim. Katniss, I find a big problem. Same with Peeta.

Not the Avox girl. The Avox’s hair is REALLY red, not that unbecoming burgundy! I couldn’t envision this girl as anyone. Maybe Clove if her hair was different…? But for Katniss, Prim, or the Avox girl, neeever. She looks too …. adjectives fail me.
No!! Breslin and Fanning are both wrong for Prim! Even though Fanning looks more like a Prim she still looks far too grown up now – have you seen how tall she is now?!
