Hunger Games Movie Facebook Page
With all the speculation about just when the Hunger Games movie might be released, with dates ranging from 2011 through to 2013, it was encouraging to find out that Lionsgate has launched an official fan page on Facebook for the film.
The page was only launched last weekend, and so far includes a few links to some of the recent artices about the movie. All they say about the release date is ‘COMING SOON’.
Lionsgate is apparently still in talks with directors, but Gary Ross is the frontrunner for the job. In fact, author Suzanne Collins has reportedly said that Ross is “the one”. According to the Hunger Games fan site The Hob, Collins says she’s spoken to Ross on the phone and thinks he’s wonderful.

I really hope they pick Gary Ross. He’s my favorite director too and I think he has a good background for the film. The date on IMDB says the movie isn’t due out until 2013.

Yes according to IMDB (Internet Movie Database…..which is like NEVER wrong) the movie will probably be coming out in 2013, but I’m still ruting for 2012

Well yes it was releases that in fact The Hunger Games is coming to theaters March 23rd 2012! I am so excited! I will actually be able to go and see it alone. And btw does anyone know what the movies will be rated? screw twilight… GO TEAM KATNISS!
