Thanks to a Hunger Games fan site in France we now have this much better quality scan of Katniss from the Empire Magazine article that’s out in the UK at the moment.
This picture is of Katniss at the fence line of District 12. Apparently it’s a screen grab from the iPad edition of the magazine and would explain the “press to watch trailer” button.

Why isn’t Katniss wearing her FATHER’s hunting jacket and boots?! That Jacket and boots so fit her frame!
C’mon, guys, you’re complaining about the costumes now? Maybe the belt is there to sort of “fit” the baggy shirt on her? Maybe her clothes fit because, like Katniss herself, her father was also really skinny?
Don’t tell me you all expected everything from your minds to be what is projected on screen. That’s just a silly thought.
LOVE THIS PIC the fence is sooooo much better than what it looked like on the trailer the one on the trailer looked so flimsy now i see that maybe it was just the angle of it now i like what i see 8^)

@Jabber jay: She’s a skinny hunter living in the poorest part of the poorest district, her clothes hang off her and it looks hot and messy out. She isn’t in the Capitol, so she is not supposed to look good.

THAT IS HER FATHERS JACKET SHE ISNT A LITTLE GIRL SHE IS 16 (in the book) SO OBVIOUSLY IT FITS HER PRETTY DARN WELL!!!
Wow so far this is the only picture where she matches the books discription! I hope I see more of this in the movie:)
