The Hunger Games Capitol Colours By China Glaze - Luxe And Lush Pre-Order

While there’s a whole line of nail polish inspired by The Hunger Games due for release real soon from China Glaze (you can pre-order through Hot Topic if you want), I stumbled across this video from a fan who really knows how to create some incredible nail art.

Cupcake Nail Art have created this design from the front cover of the original Hunger Games book.

Here’s how she does it:

♥  I use acrylic paints because its waaaaay easier to draw with than nail polish. Not to mention if you do nails as much as I do it’s a lot cheaper.
♥  I always use nail polish as the base color and then do the art with paints.
♥  My favorite brand of paint is Americana and you can see them at the end of my videos.
♥ Between coats I normally wait between 5-10 minutes to let the layer dry.
