‘Hunger Games’ Studio Hit With $10 Million Lawsuit Over Nail Polish Deal
Remember the story we brought you a few weeks ago about The Hunger Games inspired nail polish that was going to happen then it wasn’t going to happen? Well HollywoodReporter has posted that Lionsgate is getting sued for improperly terminated the contract with Los Angeles-based American International Industries. The AII is stating “Lionsgate attempted to justify its actions by claiming that American had supposedly ‘leaked’ information about the contract to the press.”

They’re getting SUED! FOR NAIL POLISH?! Unbelievable. Honestly I think the whole nail polish inspired by the Hunger Games was a good idea. I’d totally buy it.
