There is a fantastic channel on YouTube,  the Schemestresses, where you can find recipes for your favorite Hunger Games dishes from the books and the movie. The series is called ‘Hungry for Hunger Games‘ and they’ve put out their latest recipe, the Pine Needle Tea from Catching Fire!

3 cups water
1 cup roughly chopped pine needles
Honey/Sugar/Lemon to taste
