On Sunday evening, Jennifer Lawrence was presented with the Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical film at the 2013 Golden Globes for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook!
This is a HUGE deal for our girl Jennifer! According to The Washington Post, a win at the Golden Globes puts Jen’s chances of winning Best Actress at The Academy Awards pretty high! Over the last decade, “between the two lead actress categories — drama and musical/comedy — the [Golden] Globes tend to forecast the best actress Oscar winner fairly accurately.”
