  1. Makenzie says:

I live in Las Vegas, but I go to California all the time. I am just NOT waiting until November, while the rest of the world is sure to spoil.

  2. Ruth says:

There is no specific place for where SC will be when she comes to minneapolis/st.paul… why?

    • MyHungerGames says:

because Scholastic hasn’t finalised the dates and location just yet – but as soon as they do we’ll update for you

  3. Why do all the authors always visit northern California, never southern? Argh!

  4. Kate says:

I heard that she was also coming to Wellesley, Mass. Here’s the link where I found the news:
    http://www.americantowns.com/ma/wellesley/news/suzanne-collins-the-hunger-games-3-mockingjay-at-wellesley-free-library-355398

    Thanks.

  5. Catching Games says:

Why can’t it be Southern California instead of Northern and not in November?!

  6. Kayleigh says:

Why does it say she’s coming to NJ when there are no dates listed for NJ?

    • MyHungerGames says:

These aren’t the final dates and locations – we’re adding to them as they come in – scholastic is still finalising her schedule

  7. Kayleigh says:

Oh ok, thanks! I was just looking for one that’s a little closer to me! :)

  8. Kayleigh says:

Yes! I’m getting more and more excited.

  9. Sarah says:

I’m going to see if my boss can get her to do a signing at the bookstore I work at in Denver!!! :P

  10. Andrea says:

She’ll be at Harleysville Books in Harleysville, PA on September 24th at 5:00 PM. You have to have pre-ordered or bought your copy of Mockingjay there and your receipt is your ticket to the event.

  11. MyHungerGames says:

Thanks Andrea – will update the post :)

  12. Alexandra says:

Why must all authors love the States? Canadians and UK people love you too you know. >>

  13. Teresa says:

Why isnt the book tour in Florida? We love her here too…. we always get shafted…

  14. MJM says:

What about Texas? Sure it’s 105 degrees right now, but out here in Dallas, you have at LEAST three fans!

  15. Brianna says:

Hey, I just wanted to see, if you happened to be coming any where closer than 78 miles away from Harrisburg, the capital of PA, in September. You have like trillions of fans here that went nuts, then found out how far from us you would really be for the tour. If you could somehow stop anywhere closer, that would be amazing. And where on the planet is Hills ,PA?

  16. Brianna says:

Hey , just onwe more thing, I forgot to say. Kids all over PA went nuts over your book because we understood the area Katniss is from. A bunch of us not in the inner city really know what its like to grow up in the forsety area and many of us even know haow to hunt from a young age. Just thought you might want to know that :-)

  17. gambit says:

i didnt see anywhere in missourie in the listing :( i think someone should change that

  18. Robert says:

Third Place Books in Lake Forest Park, WA, but not Powell Books in Portland? Odd. Very odd.

  22. Hamish says:

Will Suzanne Collins be touring worldwide? I live in New Zealand and I am a big fan of The Hunger Games.

    • El Rancho District says:

I live in California and she better worldwide tour! Everyone is watching now! Who would have thought that the books that my kids at Jr. High Level where already reading in our school library years ago was going to be such a phenomenon. When the movie came out our kids where teaming up in group to see the movie! Fortunately I was conducting a book fair and it skied rock it from $800 to over $2000 in 6 days. Back bone braking but it was a lot of fun! I wish I can have her come to our school district. She might be way to famous to ever even made it to any of our low income cities. I’m in the City of Pico Rivera, California the El Rancho District “Rivera Middle School” recently became distinguished school. I’m looking forward to all her event. “May the odds be ever in her favor” Brilliant!
