***New Fan Question*** Whats songs make up your Hunger Games Soundtrack?
My favorite thing working for this site is the ability to talk to all The Hunger Games fans. I love asking all the fan questions on here, Facebook, and Twitter. So given that here is my fan question of the week. I posted it on Twitter earlier so now I will post it here.
If you could have any song on The Hunger Games soundtrack what it be? You can list one song or your whole playlist. This is just for The Hunger Games book/film. I will ask about Catching Fire and Mockingjay at a later date. I cannot wait to hear your responses. Also since I ask you for your recommendations I will give you mine. <3 Summer

These are all on a CD that I made specifically with The Hunger Games in mind, and the general feel of all the songs, especially in the order listed, is much like the feeling you get reading the chapters of the book in their order.

Cry Little Sister — G Tom Mac (Kind of like a Rue/Prim/Katniss thing to me. Because of Rue’s younger sister and Katniss taking Prim’s place in the Games, Prim is crying.)
We Want War — These New Puritans (I can just imagine by the beat of those drums in the begining showing every tribute’s face then the mockingjay begins burning once the beating’s over with “Let The Games Begin” after.)
I meant Rue’s younger siblings not sister.
I love the songs Summer chose, they really seem to fit! (And I already liked them anyways)
Oh! And I thinks lots of the songs from “Flyleaf” would do well in almost any of the movie scenes for the Hunger Games. ….DEFINITELY.
And maybe throw in some “Barlow Girl”. Specifically “Million Voices”. Maybe, maybe. ….. And by the way, I absolutely LOVED the music used for the second part of the trailor. It was completely perfect in my opinion.

The best hunger games song i’ve heard so far is definitely “The Game” by Alyssia Reid, I’m pretty sure she made that song for HG. and also, a parody song called “I wanna Go – Hunger Games” really funny AND true.

I hesistate to say it, because I don’t want to contribute to comparing THG to Twilight… but- in my mind, the entire “Resistance” album by Muse is the soundtrack to the Hunger Games. The album is based on the book 1984 which I will gladly compare to THG. Check it out if you haven’t listened to it!
