She is a perfectly good choice!

Re-reading CF and I didn’t not remember that District 4 tributes had a ‘district accent’. Southern?

  2. KJ says:

Sorry, multi-tasking. Did not mean to use the double negative there. Meant to say ‘did not’.

  3. Jazzmine says:

Ahhhhh! Can’t wait for this movie and to see who Finnick & Annie are!!

  4. ticktock12 says:

Well she’s suppose to look like she’s from the seam but with brown eyes but I actually prefer her like this.

The fact that the only african american’s they’ve cast are for district 11 is good as people who haven’t read the book will easily be able to identify them as coming from the same district as Rue.

    So far loving the cast!

    • game67 says:

yea …Distract 11 population is like meanly African American

    • I like the color blu :) says:

      For your first paragraph: Ditto!

And for your second paragraph: That’s true. It’ll be easier for the non-book readers, and they’ll most likely be less confused if they had any confusion at all.

And for your last paragraph: Ditto again x]

  5. game67 says:

i think she good for tha role ….but i haved wish she live in tha book :(

and i think they already have tha Finnick role but holding for last

  6. Mark says:

If I’m not mistaken I remember her being described as white and looking like she’s from the Seam, but either way great casting!

    • KJ says:

Page 214: The woman, Seeder, looks almost like she could be from the Seam, with her olive skin and straight black hair streaked with silver. Only her golden brown eyes mark her as from another district. She must be around sixty, but she still looks strong, and there’s no sign she’s turned to liquor or morphling or any other chemical form of escape over the years. Before either of us says a word, she embraces me. I know somehow it must be because of Rue and Thresh.

Olive skin doesn’t translate into white.

  7. Johanna says:

I think I will like her, but it does kind of bug me that she looks MUCH younger than Seeder is meant to be. However, I’m sure she will do great. :)
