A Justice Building is nearing completion, according to Hypable, who shared this photo taken about 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, GA.  It looks quite similar to the District 12 Justice Building, with the exception of the windows and the color.

So which District do you think houses this Justice Building? Compare with the photo below and tell us your thoughts!

Well, the only ones they need are District 12 and District 11 so…gotta be one of those. District 11, however, is supposed to have a bell tower room where they all went to discuss the shooting of the old man in District 11.

Therefore I’m going with a remake of the District 12 Justice building and what we are currently seeing is lumber, without a coat of paint.

District 7′s Justice building is my best guess. Maybe we’ll get to see all the tributes reaped instead of just Katniss and Peeta?

Lucky chickens. (Sorry, I couldn’t help but say that) :)

District 11 obviously because they wouldnt seroiusly build a whole justice building for any other district JUST so they could stand infront of it would they? In district on their victory tour, Katniss and Peeta actualy have to go inside and spend some time in there for some scenes so i’m definatley thinking D11

OMG!!!! DAsh im with you! When i go to my dad’s job which is the prison next to it , i see it every time!!! At first i didnt believe my ears when i heard it from my dad. Having it in ATLANTA would be amazing and sooo dramatic because we have a train, streets that dont look the best, buildings that have that effect of a the coal district.
