Hunger Games Catching Fire Propaganda Poster Pullman Train Yard

Could this be the first Capitol Propaganda Poster we see in District 12? These photos were taken at the Pullman Train Yard, one of the filming location for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire‘.

Above is a photo posted by @Shack_attack on Instagram yesterday. The Pullman Train Yard is the supposed filming location of the District 12 train station, so this is probably a Propaganda Poster the Capitol put up there. Besides that, it features Miners, which is of course District 12′s given profession. Take a look at more photos of the set below.

Hmmm. The guys in this poster look extremely healthy and robust…nothing like the run down, aged before their time, starving miners we saw in THG.

These three all look more like Gloss.

It’s a Capitol propaganda poster that’s the point, isn’t it?

      • KJ says:

I expected the propaganda to try and be motivating. This would be more ‘in your face’ you can NEVER attain this perfection.

The reason the US picked Uncle Sam as their poster boy was that he did not offend anyone. To me, these posters would do more to support the rebellion than it does to sway to populace to follow the Capitol dictates.

        Just my opinion.

  2. KJ says:

    to sway THE populace…sigh.
