Sam Claflin, one of Hollywood’s hottest up-and-coming superstars, has landed the coveted role in the upcoming film Catching Fire, the second Hunger Games movie, which begins shooting this year for a late 2013 release.

i cant see him right now but i sure when he gets the makeover and the movie comes out he will be PERFECT!
Wow! The pressure of being Finnick for the fans wasn’t enough already? Now the guy has to make people ‘faint’ when he takes off his shirt?
I really hope the media just let the guy do his job and do it well. He is an internet junky so … I am hoping he goes offline for the next 15 months. How else will he be able to survive this?
People were not happy when he was announced as Finnick. However I was. Good to see that people are jumping on the bandwagon.
He needs to pull off one “Do you find this… distracting?” already because I can’t wait. I read on Twitter that he read the books and he’s addicted to them, I love that because it means he’s already very in touch with Finnick and he’ll do great with the role.
Loved him in Snow White and the Huntsman. After I saw him with a bow and arrow I thought he should be in The Hunger Games. So glad that he got the part. Sam’s a talented guy and I’m excited to see what he does with the role.
