The Capitol calling on the citizens of Panem to show their District pride
In the lead up to The Hunger Games, The Capitol PN ran a campaign to get fans to join their site and be assigned a district in Panem. Now through their facebook page the Capitol is calling on all of those “citizens” to submit their photos showcasing their district pride. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Citizens of Panem! The Capitol would like to showcase model citizens from each district. President Snow requests that citizens submit photos showing off their loyalty to their district to PNModelCitizen@gmail.com for a chance to be featured as your districts Model Citizen.

Can’t help but relate this to corporate life. When there is a call to upgrade all skills inventory to showcase the talent, it is always followed by layoffs, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
Were that to follow for this example, people could expect to be culled for some reason.
