The Capitol has decided to give us a bit of a clue to help us solve the password for their new site CapitolCouture.pn

As part of the celebrations of just 74 days to go until the 74th Hunger Games TheCapitol.pn has launched a new site.
It’s called Capitol Couture and all it has right now is the ability to work out what the password is.

wow, you did a great job with those letters, but unfortunately the letters we thought were part of the clue for the password aren’t
It seems they are the the letters that make up the URL for Capitol Couture minus the C’s. One of the District Mayors inadvertently suggested they were giving us the jumbled letters for the password, but it was a mistake.
Perhaps the Capitol will give us a bit more of a clue tomorrow. They really aren’t making this easy for us, but I guess that’s what the Capitol is all about…BEING MEAN!!

You know how certain words are yellow on the capitol’s announcements on thecapitol.pn? Maybe they are the key to the password

unfortunately those letters don’t form the password – they were the letters the Capitol put out for the URL for Capitol Couture (minus the C’s)…i,e C—— C—— with those letters solving that puzzle. They seem to want to make us work a bit harder for the actual password.
I found rue and cato in here and was left i IPOUL… if that helps
I tried “thecapitol” and it redirected me to citizen access log-in screen. Does that mean I got it right?
first password is hungergames74 then theres another password that says citizen access
No one is in yet, the site just got a new look. It’s still the same page. There’s no “first password” “second password”.
Just keep guessing, we’re sure to get it soon!
I definately got “Rue” and “Capitol” but theres some more letters so i dont know

The letters have nothing to do with the password. They were hints from the Capitol to figure out the url before they officially released it.
maybe the password is about district 13?
