VIDEO: The Hunger Games and Bridesmaids Top MTV Movie Awards
According to Access Hollywood, this years 21st Annual MTV Movie Awards will be a showdown between ‘Bridesmaids‘ and ‘The Hunger Games‘. Both films are taking eight nominations to their name out of the twelve categories. The nominations include Best Cast, Breakthrough Performance, and Movie of the Year.
This year’s MTV Movie Awards will be a showdown between a bevy of bridesmaids and a cast of killer kids.
MTV says “Bridesmaids” and “The Hunger Games” top nominees with eight nods apiece, including bids for best cast, breakthrough performance and movie of the year. Also up for best picture are “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2,” ‘‘The Help” And “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 1.”

Voting for your favorites starts May 1st at 8AM ET at MTV.com. The MTV Movie Awards will air live on MTV June 3rd at 9PM ET!

It was hard in some of the catagories to choose between HP and the Hunger Games. I think as a fandom we should all band together and vote like mad for Josh and Jennifer to win best kiss.
