The Hunger Games: Catching Fire | Who Will Be Cast Next?
Lionsgate has been pretty generous in giving us casting announcements. The majority of our ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire‘ cast has been officially announced. However we still have a few key players left. With our cast already on their way to Atlanta to start filming Catching Fire, it’s getting down to the wire for us to find out the remaining tributes! Here is the full casting announcement so far, click to enlarge:

I don’t think Annie will be in this movie. Think about it: In the book she makes one very brief appearance in her reaping before she’s replaced by Mags in a minute. Of course, in the movies things are a lot briefer. So I suspect if they did show the reaping of the different districts at all, they might use some random extra and her face will be barely shown. I don’t expect Annie to be cast for Catching Fire at all.
My expectation for this poll would be Beetee.
I completely agree! Same goes for Coin, everyone seems to think that both these characters are going to be in this movie, it annoys me!
Anyway surely they’d be on the Casting thing on Facebook like Beetee is if they were going to be cast.
I would think all of the remaining named Tributes would be coming out pretty quickly in succession, e.g., Beetee, Cecelia, Woof, etc. I’m not sure we will ever see Blight. He only has the stage scene. Won’t see Bonnie, Twill or Darius unless they are in the CF script. For that matter, Woof’s bug scene may be out, as well. After all that, I am thinking Gale’s mother might be next. She actually has lines. The oscar winner that was supposed to be up for Mags might fit that bill.
I hope they have Annie in Catching Fire…it’s very possible that they’ll delay her until Mockinjay, you know. :/
I think Beetee will be anounced next or one of the smaller parts.
Also something that’s worrying me is they’re leaving us on the edge of our seats on weither or not they’ll cast Bonnie/Twill or a young Haymitch for that matter. I hope they have Bonnie and or Twill in the movie and hopefully they show Haymitch’s games! I would be disappointed if they took out Haymitch’s games. It was important in developing his character and it was too good to be left out!
I’ve also been wondering if they’ll show a young Haymitch! Wonder if Woody has a young son or nephew that would want to setp in? Bonnie & Twill’s bit would be nice to see in the movie, but I can see them easily writing off that part…I doubt Annie will be in CF, but it would be a nice added dimension to Mags & Finnick’s relationship, (as well as how far the Victors were willing to sacrifice for the rebellion)to see Mags volunteer to take the place for Finnick’s lady.
