Thanks to information from The-Numbers.com and ComicBook.com we now know that ‘The Hunger Games’ DVD is the top selling DVD of 2012!
According to the sites:
The Hunger Games has now sold 5,377,765 DVD units, which makes for $93,211,176 in sales revenue. At 5,377,765 DVD unit sold, The Hunger Games passed by The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1, which sits in the #2 spot with 5,223,078 DVD units sold. The Hunger Games DVD was released on August 18, 2012, while The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1 DVD was released on February 11, 2012.
